Contemporary, high-quality care facilities in Norfolk

We were instructed to achieve planning consent for a brand-new care facility on an allocated employment site and to achieve this, we needed to demonstrate that the facilities would mirror the employment characteristics of this existing (vacant) site. We utilised our contacts and knowledge of local council procedures to illustrate the potential of the scheme, concentrating on job creation and the need in the community for a care home.

As part of the process, we undertook a significant amount of pre-application consultation with Holt Town Council, North Norfolk District Council and local stakeholders. This illustrates the many benefits of consultation prior to submitting the planning application.
