Hagshaw Repower

Our landowning client asked us to explore their options when the developer sought to amend their draft lease for the repowering of a windfarm site and extend the lease term by nine years to maximise the life of the next generation of turbines. This complex situation required foresight and attention to detail to consider appropriate variations to lease terms.
