Working across Herts, Beds, Bucks, and Northants, Suzi has expert knowledge and understanding of major planning and policy updates.

Based in our Milton Keynes planning team, Suzi works with clients in the heart of the Oxford to Cambridge Arc. Having successfully promoted strategic land, provided planning appraisal advice, and implemented planning strategies across a wide-range of developments – Suzi holds a vast amount of experience and will use her expertise to help you.

While working on Campbell Wharf, Suzi worked diligently with the rest of our Milton Keynes planning team to deliver a vibrant and unique mixed-use development. Recognised by the RTPI for its ‘planning excellence’, the scheme is widely recognised for its success in local engagement and waterside regeneration.

Involved in the innovative scheme MK Gateway, Suzi project managed the planning consent and lead on meetings throughout the planning process. The scheme will result in the regeneration of an underutilised site within Central Milton Keynes and the investment of over £180 million into the local economy.

As Chair of Women in Planning South Midlands, Suzi is passionate about promoting the role of women within the development sector and improving the quality of outcomes for others through the planning process. Considered welcoming and friendly by many, Suzi builds strong relationships with both her clients and fellow planners.

Suzi has been named in the shortlist for Young Planner of the Year in the RTPI South East awards 2023. 

Suzi is RTPI accredited.

The current Local Government structure in Hertfordshire, comprising the County Council and ten district and borough Councils, is increasingly likely to change. Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) has revealed it has commissioned consultants to look at options for “structural reform”. The high-level report identifies options, two of which would create a completely new arrangement for Hertfordshire in the form or either a single unitary or the creation of two unitary authorities.
