The Norwich office market maintains the momentum of 2021, with the largest transaction of an existing building recorded during H1. The burgeoning science sector continues to gain momentum.

2022 sees record letting of an existing building

The first six months of the year has seen the Norwich office market maintain the momentum seen in the latter months of 2021, with more than 110,000 sq ft of lettings, including the largest transaction of an existing building.

With a further 102,000 sq ft under offer at the end of June, we expect 2022 to record a buoyant occupational market, including notable lettings in the science sector.

The city’s laboratory market is gaining strength and we expect this to grow and mature over the coming years.
