Milton Keynes has seen office space demand rebound to the highest level since the start of the pandemic, with a notable increase in requirements from companies new to the city.

Office availability rate approaching 20 year low

2022 has seen office space demand in Milton Keynes rebound to the highest level since the start of the pandemic, with a notable increase in requirements from companies new to the city.

Technology companies, in particular fin-tech, are a growing driver of activity, with the emerging tech hub around Unity Place establishing its market presence.

Increased demand combined with the loss of floorspace to other uses is pushing the availability rate to its lowest level in 20 years. This is driving rental growth and further refurbishments to meet business demand for quality.
