Joined by Roz Bird of Norwich Research Park; Douglass Cuff of IQHQ; Michael Chen of Nuclera Nucleics; and Robert Tansley, of Cambridge Innovation Capital plc, Bidwells’ Research Director, Sue Foxley, chaired a panel discussing current and future real estate requirements in the life science sector, given emerging scientific and technological advances.

The topic was considered in the context of the current market provision and challenges for companies seeking business space to operate and grow.

The session also focussed on what factors will play a role in shaping the 2030 vision of Life Science ecosystems, including the role that real estate developers will play in determining the space that companies might choose.
