Cambridge Databook Industrial - Summer 2023

01.8.23 DATABOOK

Cambridge industrial overlay

Our latest databook provides an update on the Cambridge Industrial Market

After an exceptional 2022, take-up in the Cambridge industrial market fell in the first half of 2023. While demand was constrained by a shortage of good quality space – availability was just 2.3% at mid-year - occupiers have also become more cautious. However, Cambridge continues to benefit from the growth in life sciences and high-tech manufacturing and their expansion combined with low availability should lift prime rents in the second half of 2023.
