Northampton see strong logistics market rebound

Northampton see strong logistics market rebound

2024 saw a recovery in the demand for logistics space in the M1 South market. The second half of the year was a little less buoyant but overall take up for Northampton reached its highest level since the pandemic, while Milton Keynes' activity was marginally ahead of 2023 levels. New logistics units due to complete in 2025 will support an upturn in requirements, while new mid-tech space at Silverstone Technology Park will support advanced manufacturing growth in the region. Positive rental growth is projected for both Northampton and Milton Keynes.
