Availability close to 20 year low

1.4m sq ft of industrial floorspace take up over the past three years, the strongest and most sustained period of activity ever recorded.

Growth in rents of good quality second hand space in Norwich reaches 52.4% exceeding prime rental growth of 46.3% over the past five years.

Availability is close to its 20 year low with just under 369,000 sq ft on the market at the end of 2022 and stock shortages across all size bands.
