Our latest Databook provides an update on the Oxfordshire Industrial Market

Take-up in the Oxfordshire industrial market grew to 938,000 sq ft in 2023, reflecting demand from a wide range of occupiers including logistics, automotive and science & tech firms.  Yet despite the depth of demand, developers are cautious and there is a shortage of larger units over 50,000 sq ft.
