Oxford’s thriving and expanding science and technology economy has seen knowledge intensive occupiers responsible for three quarters of office and laboratory take up over the last three years.

Laboratory supply remains a particular barrier for expanding companies and resulted in a 25% rise in prime rents. New stock is coming forward, including the repurposing of office stock across a number of locations across the Oxford cluster.

Office rents have also reached a new high with businesses focused on grade A space.
