The former 444-acre RAF site will comprise of four zones: Bicester Motion Heritage, Experience, Innovation and Wilderness, all connected by a central grass airfield, as part of the site’s vision to become a hub of excellence for the past, present and future of mobility.
Working alongside Adalta Real, Bidwells will provide additional support in prospecting new specialist businesses to join the established Bicester Motion site.
The Bicester Motion Innovation development will be a new hub for market-disrupting businesses in the mobility space. development will sit within the established campus setting, adjacent to Bicester Heritage and within close reach of on-site amenities including cafes, bars, event space and access to the airfield and test track.

Development of Bicester Motion Innovation is expected to begin in 2023, with the buildings open for occupation early 2025. This will be swiftly followed by the other masterplan projects; Experience, Wilderness and the hotel, with all complete by 2030.
