Darren Wright joins as a Partner, bringing over 25 years of expertise in delivering complex office, residential, and retail developments. Specialising in Central London commercial office refurbishments, he has a strong background in retrofit and sustainability projects. Formerly with Avison Young, Darren has worked extensively with funds, asset managers, and private clients to reposition and enhance existing assets, ensuring they meet modern sustainability and performance standards.
David Boles also steps into a Partner role, contributing more than three decades of experience across residential development, science, technology, heritage, and commercial projects. As the former head of Buro Four’s Manchester office, David has successfully led multi-sector schemes while fostering strong client relationships. His strategic insight and leadership will be key in expanding Bidwells’ project management capabilities and driving the firm’s ongoing growth.
Richie Collins strengthens the team as an Associate, bringing a hands-on understanding of the construction industry from his early career on-site to his transition into consultancy. With a track record in hospitality, residential, commercial, and office projects, Richie excels in managing complex schemes with a sharp focus on quality, budget, and scheduling. His ability to bridge the gap between construction and consultancy, coupled with his expertise in large-scale remediation programs, adds a valuable dimension to the team.
