Adam Mossop

Adam draws on the latest market research and transactional figures to provide a laser-focussed service for his clients on their property portfolios. He acts for several Cambridge colleges including Emmanuel, Christ’s and Jesus as well as several local authorities and private clients.

Since joining Bidwells in 2020, Adam has worked in both our consultancy and valuation team and lease consultancy teams. He is detail orientated and thorough, working diligently to provide his clients with accurate and well-founded advice. Equipped with a wide breadth of experience, Adam enjoys working on office, retail and restaurant assets. His technical knowledge, detailed lease analysis skills and dogged determination to track down comparable evidence allow him to negotiate effectively on your behalf.

Adam enjoys working collaboratively with others across our commercial division, gaining insight from our business space agents and property management team. As an APC Councillor, Adam helps our candidates to prepare for their APC. He is also an active member of our Commercial Support Board.
