Alastair Campbell

Working out of our Inverness office, Alastair provides professional services for clients from Shetland to Strathspey to Stornoway and has gained considerable knowledge across an extremely wide spectrum of differing clients, instructions and properties.

Over his 20 years with us, Alastair has been involved with a huge range of estate management and rural property matters. He prides himself on attention to detail and in bringing his technical skills and knowledge of legislation and policy to assist clients in finding property solutions.

As part of our Crown Estate Scotland coastal portfolio management team Alastair is responsible for delivering key projects which directly impact communities. He is also Clerk to the Beauly District Fisheries Board and key advisor to many Highland estate and property owners.

Alastair is apace with ever-changing Scottish politics which impact on many areas of his work. Understanding changes in legislation, such as the Electronic Communications Code and Land Reform (Scotland) Act is essential as is being able to represent clients at Public Inquiry and other public fora.

Alastair is both MRICS accredited and a registered valuer.
