Equipped with experience built from working on a wide variety of property portfolios, Alex applies technical knowledge and market research to his advice so he can accurately guide your on lease renewals, lease regears and rent reviews.

Alex enjoys getting to know people and uses his personable nature to build strong rapport with his clients. He works collaboratively with our other agents to deliver a top-notch service time and time again.

A key member of our Cambridge-based Lease Consultancy team, Alex brings energy and enthusiasm into his work. He delivers work across East Anglia within the office, industrial and retail market. Having recently worked on Grade II listed Ketteringham Hall on the outskirts of Norwich, Alex is working to deliver all the lease renewals for the multi-let office’s sub-tenants. 

Alex recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and enjoys getting involved in networking events and is a member of the Cambridge Young Professionals Group.
