A deep appreciation of our rural environment allows Amy to successfully deliver a broad range of short and long-term projects.

Working with some of Bidwells’ key clients in Perthshire, Amy utilises her interpersonal and organisational skills to great effect in each task. From scoping diversification schemes to intricate tenancy negotiations, she is a valuable member of our rural management team.

Brought up on Scotland’s west coast and with practical experience working in the great outdoors, Amy can see the big picture when it comes to land management and thrives on being part of a team that helps shape our rural environment.

With a geography degree from St Andrews and Masters of Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen, Amy has since gained experience in rural employment, tenancy negotiations, estate planning, budgeting, agency, valuation and policy whilst working with clients at opposite ends of the landowning spectrum.

Addressing the changing face of land management, Amy is developing her areas of expertise to encompass natural capital project planning and delivery as society seeks tangible solutions to the climate and biodiversity crises - an area which she is passionate about and excited to expand.
