Rebecca’s industry knowledge means she recognises the importance of establishing client priorities early to meet their objectives effectively and in a timely manner.

From advising on management to valuations for sale and purchase, she is driven to get to grips with sites early to achieve a quick turnaround, often resulting in bigger returns for her clients.

Overseeing the entire project, Rebecca works alongside the contacts required to keep you moving be it tenants, solicitors, specialist advisors, or other professional services, providing you with advice that considers all market factors.

Alongside her day job, she supports Bidwells' graduates to prepare for their APC, ensuring they have the support they need to continue their professional development journey.

Rebecca is an RICS Chartered surveyor.
