Charles Crowther

He is an expert in the project management and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for large infrastructure projects with a dominant focus on rail projects over his career.

He has managed multidisciplinary environmental inputs to the design of major infrastructure projects most notably on HS2 Phase One and Phase 2b. Charlie has experience of delivering EIAs under hybrid Bills and Transport and Works Act Orders. 

Using his excellent written and verbal communication skills he is experienced with client liaison and consistently deliver high-quality work on time and to budget. He has experience at providing stakeholder and community consultation, liaising with statutory and non-statutory consultees, and attending public consultation events.
