Pembroke College’s Mill Lane development benefitted from Dan’s understanding of heritage assets and new sustainability requirements. His strategic advice and guidance delivered a standout auditorium in a former church, a vibrant café, flexible teaching spaces and state of the art student accommodation, providing an epicentre to college life.

He has worked on many award-winning projects including a mixed-use residential development site in Chelmsford for Notting Hill Genesis. From 2012 to early 2020, Dan worked collaboratively with design teams and contractors to manage the large scheme and delivered a top-notch result for his client.
