David Sparrow

As part of his current role, David carries out surveys of a variety of buildings for college clients, writes detailed reports and specifications and organises a variety of refurbishment projects. He is also part of an integrated design team working on decarbonisation initiatives aimed at improving building thermal efficiency and performance. 

David enjoys getting to the root of building issues and defects and trying to find practical solutions wherever possible. His aim is to ensure that every aspect of a survey or project is carefully considered and executed and sees each project as an opportunity to help clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Throughout his career, David has also been involved in other project-based work for prominent clients including the replacement of a large slate-covered roof on an historic maltings and careful brick and stone cleaning of a historic city centre building.

David has acquired a wide range of experience which, combined with a considered approach, ensures that every survey and project is carried out with precision and care.
