Eilidh is passionate about the Scottish countryside – something that is evident in every aspect of her work.

Growing up in a rural environment has cemented Eilidh’s love of the outdoors and rural life. This passion now drives her career in transforming the Scottish landscape.

An example of her dedication to her work is on Murthly Estate, where she navigates traditional estate management with the challenges of the modern world. No day is the same, and each one presents new ways to make an impact on the Estate and its surrounding communities. But Eilidh's expertise doesn’t just centre on the rural landscape. She has been responsible for the management of high-end property refurbishments for short-term lets in remote locations, ensuring that each property is maintained to the highest standards, satisfying even the most discerning clientele.

She has also been involved in asset management for institutional clients, specialising in the sale of secure agricultural tenancies. This requires knowledge of legislation and industry changes, and an ability to navigate the challenges posed by different communities.

Beyond this professional work, Eilidh is a committee member of the Bankfoot Young Farmers, and a member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, both of which allow her to stay connected with the industry and the people who share her passion for agriculture and rural life.
