Eliza Griffiths

Graduating from the University of Cambridge in 2021 where she studied BA Land Economy, Eliza has always had a keen interest in housing and development, and the challenges associated with delivering housing across cities.

She is involved with advising clients on a full range of residential development options, from the sale of smaller scale sites to future proofing long-term strategic sites.

Although based in Bidwells' Cambridge office, Eliza’s projects cover various locations across the East of England, where she is experienced in marketing and monitoring project sites, and drafting agreements and reports.

Eliza enjoys the collaboration involved with working in a large team, where she brings strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
