As Head of HR, Emma is focused on driving progress and cultivating an inclusive culture.

Emma oversees larger company-wide initiatives, such as in the areas of employee engagement and diversity, inclusion and belonging. She is responsible for designing and implementing these initiatives and finds employee-led storytelling and open discussions to be the most effective way to improve awareness and compassion.

Within her role, Emma manages the central HR team, partners with our commercial and planning divisions to achieve their objectives, and continues to lead our diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts. In all aspects of her role, Emma balances being realistic and pragmatic with being considerate and fair. She's passionate about employee engagement and understanding how an organisation can help its people to be their best.

Emma loves that she's given the autonomy to make things better and is committed to making Bidwells an open and welcoming place for future generations of employees.

Solution-focused, Emma is always looking for ways to help the business grow and achieve its goals. She's currently an associate member of CIPD and is part of Bidwells’ Women’s Leadership Group.
