Freddy Shrieve

Drawing upon his experience gained within both the private and public sectors, his primary focus is on assessing the financial viability of residential developments and development appraisals. 

With experience covering the development process from both sides of the fence, Freddy is well placed to ensure the needs of all parties are met.  Whether purely financial, or if there are legacy requirements, his experience will help to secure the maximum achievable value of an asset. 

Whilst working in the public sector, Freddy secured and allocated millions of pounds of grant funding to enable development, housing and employment, including unlocking the potential development of residential housing across the West Midlands and enabling the extension of the Symphony Hall in Birmingham. 

From a young age, Freddy has always had a keen interest in real estate, and in his working life, he takes great pride and satisfaction in physically seeing projects he is involved with coming to life.  The fact that no two projects – or indeed, no two days – are the same are what he finds appealing about his chosen career, and the sectors he works in.
