This year, George advised TusPark on the plans and letting marketing strategy for two new office buildings on Cambridge Science Park totalling c 220,000 sq ft. He negotiated, agreed terms and successfully let the entirety of Building 2, totalling 120,000 sq ft, to a global tech occupier, ensuring his client was satisfied with the outcome.  George has also advised L&G on a 35,000 sq ft letting to a global biotechnology company at a comprehensively refurbished building on the science park.
