Having studied Geography at undergraduate level and a Master’s in Planning and Real Estate, Ginny has always been interested in the potential impact different users and uses have on a high street. This has given Ginny an in depth understanding of the high street, aiding her in advising clients on asset management in central Cambridge.

Ginny brings a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm into her role. The pandemic emphasised how the retail industry needed a sympathetic and considered approach. Ginny sees the importance of developing strong relationships with her clients and their tenants. This means she is best placed to identify opportunities to enhance your retail assets.

Ginny is a MRICS qualified Commercial Surveyor and is keen to continue expanding her knowledge base and provide her clients with a top-notch service.

As vice-captain of her local hockey team, Ginny uses the same drive and determination while working with her team at Bidwells.
