Heather Lay

Heather is a member of our client accounting team, which is embedded within the commercial division, and reports to clients on various financial aspects of their portfolios. 

From Cambridge Science Park, where Heather has been involved in the service charge for 15 years, to an industrial estate management instruction, the clients she works for are varied. 

On the industrial estate management instruction, Bidwells was appointed in place of the client’s existing agent and Heather was responsible for the initial set up.  

She has a comprehensive knowledge of the RICS service charge.
