Working across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire, India is involved with a range of residential, employment, education, and energy projects across the Oxford to Cambridge Arc.
From liaising with various consultants and stakeholders, to assisting with Bidwells’ Local Plan Watch, she has an understanding and knowledge of the Milton Keynes patch. India also has experience in setting out planning appraisals and submitting planning applications to gain consent for clients.
She has been involved in several housing schemes predominately in Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire, this has included project management work, supporting document drafting and appeal research. She often works alongside our residential development and heritage teams to deliver a desired outcome for her clients.
India is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and has spoken at an RTPI Thames Valley Event on the degree apprenticeship scheme, which is the route India took to get into the profession and gain chartership. She enjoys attending RTPI and Women in Planning networking events and is a member of Bidwells’ MK office’s social committee.
Mixed-use development evangelists Socius really get the knowledge economy. They know that cities like Cambridge, Oxford and Milton Keynes are powered by the collaboration of the people living and working there and their shared quest for knowledge and discovery.
