Jacob Godfrey

Jacob is a driven and helpful team player. He has worked on a variety of projects, reporting to senior members of the team and his most noteworthy to date include Brasenose College and five projects at Harwell Campus. At Harwell, Jacob was part of the team that delivered the recent Quad Two project, on programme and to a high standard.

The Quad Two project delivered a large, three-storey office space in the centre of the campus, from construction through to a high-quality finish and on time for practical completion. As well as overseeing the programme, Jacob oversaw the project change control trackers, reporting on all variation related costs.

He has also worked closely on the Frewin Project for Brasenose College, often chairing weekly client and site manager catch-up meetings. He also oversaw numerous archaeology meetings due to the archaeological dig that was undertaken on site, which was covered by BBC South Oxford and featured in the Daily Mail.

Jacob is eager to continue to learn and gain experience on interesting projects alongside studying for his degree in Construction Management.
