Jennie Hainsworth

Passionate about regeneration, Jennie has always had a strong interest in placemaking to shape communities and enhance the way in which people live. She enjoys working on a wide range of asset types, from residential to healthcare.

Jennie has had a diverse career working across various locations including Leeds, London, and the East of England. She has gained experience across a mixed property portfolio, ranging from hospital redevelopment projects in Luton to greenfield residential sites in Norfolk. She has a keen interest in healthcare and life science projects.

Currently, Jennie is working with the team on a mix of projects in the Greater Cambridge area, including an office development in CB1, several major R&D projects and strategic land promotion sites.  

With strong research skills and a strategic approach, Jennie brings specific expertise in analysis and assessment of strategic planning issues. Her ability to think critically and present effectively, combined with a strong eye for detail, adds value for her clients.
