Kelly Bream

Our COO brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to her role, having co-founded VervLife and Navana Property Group, and spent nine successful years as Operations Director at the Berkeley Group.

Kelly is a dynamic and driven leader, committed to understanding the bigger picture. She knows that ticking boxes and meeting targets is not enough - to truly succeed, you need to build strong relationships and understand what Bidwells' employees, clients, and communities really want.

With her track record of scaling up businesses and promoting diversity, inclusion and sustainability in Property, Kelly leads the delivery of Bidwells' operational plan and ESG goals and oversees the operations of our nine UK offices.

Kelly's approach is simple - understand people and build relationships. She believes that by doing this, we can make a positive impact on the market and the clients and communities we serve.

A seasoned strategic director, Kelly has a passion for helping to structure and scale up businesses from investor relations and fund raising to operational and technical client delivery.

Kelly holds a degree in property law and real estate development and is a chartered management surveyor.
