His work varies widely from working closely with statutory bodies to agree fair compensation packages for the use of land for projects to carrying out estate inspections. 

He also assists with the day-to-day management of rural estates including creating estate budgets to give clients an understanding of how they can best utilise their assets, carrying out rent reviews to make sure clients are getting fair market value, engaging on site with stakeholders to reach an agreement that works for all parties and liaising with estate employees to ensure that all health and safety matters are up to date and being followed.
