Kirsty Gordon

Kirsty began her career in commercial property but her passion for the environment brought her to working in the renewable energy sector, representing both landowners and developers.

She is conscious of the climate emergency and enjoys working in a sector which is having a positive global impact. Kirsty’s previous role at a large renewable developer gave her expertise in renewable developments across the wind, solar, battery and hydrogen sectors. She also gained experience in acquisition work, which involved substantial due diligence of land documentation.

Currently, Kirsty uses her professional experience to represent landowners in negotiations with developers and works to get the best outcome for her clients. She also represents developers with site finding of land and identifying what land is required for a specific project.

Throughout the course of her career, Kirsty has been involved with various renewable projects but before her journey took her to the renewables sector, her expertise was in commercial property, working in business rates and agency. This involved knowing market conditions and skilled negotiation to ensure she got the best deals for her clients.
