Spanning multiple sectors and with clients that include the Crown Estate, major institutional investors, Cambridge colleges and Premier Foods, Liz uses her influential and personable negotiating skills to achieve the most favourable rents and lease terms for her clients.

From a family of surveyors, Liz has real estate in her blood. Her reputation and experience are underlined by the breadth of regular instructions across the Oxford to Cambridge Arc and London, straddling science and tech, offices, logistics, restaurants and retail.

Liz tackles complex lease negotiations with energy and conviction. Her ‘work hard, play hard’ approach has seen her build robust relationships with clients throughout the industry, across an incredible 27 years at Bidwells.

Liz gives pragmatic and logical advice – and her clients do listen. Quick-witted and persuasive, she’s an outstanding Expert Witness in referrals to arbitration, independent expert and court.
