Lotan Catchpool-Joseph

Lotan is passionate about the property industry and thrives in environments that require collaboration with diverse personalities. This, along with his tailored approach to each client’s specific needs, ensure he develops strong, trusted relationships.

The bulk of Lotan’s experience is within Cambridge College settings, with experience on unique and complex projects with both new build and refurbishment elements. This includes working within Listed building and live college settings.

He is currently leadings on a proposed Cambridge College scheme which will incorporate additional academic study and learning space, a new pavilion/hall and 100+ new student rooms, proposed to be net zero operational carbon.

Lotan is experienced within the aerospace sector, working on highly complex, and bespoke projects including clean rooms for testing pressurised fuel canisters on satellites and space products, and a test facility for navigation systems.
