Luke is the go-to person for the design, risk, and commercial aspects of projects and is responsible for appointing design teams and understanding contractors’ commercial positions. Luke is a transparent and reliable advisor that delivers the best outcomes for his clients and their projects.

What Luke loves most is the communication and relationship-building with clients and his team. He thrives in an industry where no two days are the same, embracing new challenges and learning on every project.

Over his varied career, Luke has taken on a range of unique challenges from constructing a high-end grill restaurant and luxury spa in Hong Kong to overseeing the redevelopment of luxury apartments in London with extensive Party Wall matters. His experience also extends to high-security projects, making him well-versed in strict security protocols.

When not working Luke enjoys spending quality time with his family (and his two miniature dachshunds). He likes to get involved with charitable causes, most recently running 10k for the charity Shelter, showing his commitment extends beyond his professional life.
