Drawing from a background in management consulting, Nick's commercial development acumen stands unmatched.

Nick puts clients at ease with his extensive industry expertise and market insights. Whether managing budgets, assessing risks or undertaking due diligence - he ensures that projects not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Pushing the boundaries of construction, Nick steers his projects through complex challenges unscathed. One Cambridge Square at Cambridge North rail station required his adept problem-solving skills. Nick’s resilience kept the construction of this landmark 130,000 sq ft office building on track throughout the unprecedented construction climate of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In addition to high spec office spaces and mixed-use developments, Nick has worked with several University of Cambridge colleges on large student accommodation projects and the refurbishment of listed buildings. For Trinity College, Nick was a key player in the refurbishment of The Orator bar and the delivery of a student accommodation project with 650 bedrooms.

Nick's influence extends to large scale developments including a 650 sq ft office enabled lab development on Cambridge Science Park. Nick’s engineering mindset provides him with a key eye for detail and a holistic view of the projects he works on.

Nick is MRICS accredited.

Nick provides sound advice. I trust him to take care of a project and deal with things on my behalf, such that I do not need to worry. Nick provides a level of service and builds a strong relationship that makes the client feel he is part of their team and has their best interest in mind.
