Peter’s background in engineering has provided him with invaluable skills which are of huge benefit to his clients, not least Crown Estate Scotland for whom he managed a major database transition project, ensuring a smooth process (handling over 350,000 data entries) within tight timescales.

His attention to detail and tenacity goes beyond the spreadsheet and is required when dealing with any property issue whether estate management, project management, compensation and compulsory purchase or as part of his role as managing agent for Crown Estate Scotland’s south east coastal portfolio.

Based in Perth but working throughout Scotland, Peter has been involved in many complex and long-running negotiations on behalf of his clients such as master dredging agreements on Scotland’s east coast to the development of strategic land in the heart of Perthshire.

Thriving on the variety of his work, Peter can be poring over historical documentation one day and negotiating commercial enterprise terms with a stakeholder on the next. Each phone call can bring a new challenge but that’s what piques his interest.
