Rob Friend

With a focus on problem-solving and teamwork, Rob delivers top tier building consultancy services, and specialises in adapting spaces to market trends to help his clients maximise their properties assets.

Rob works with a broad range of clients, undertaking a balanced workload of both project and professional building consultancy services. He has extensive experience in assisting both owner and occupier clients on projects ranging from large-scale industrial units and heritage assets to traditional offices and science & technology laboratories.

His experience has seen him work on the complex rebuilding of a failing Grade II listed property in central Oxford to the monitoring of a development for the home of innovative future mobility technology on behalf of a well-known bank.

Rob is currently working on several of Oxfordshire’s science and technology parks and is the lead on all building surveying projects at Harwell Campus.
