Rob Richardson

His career has seen him work with a variety of clients such as managing agents, landlords and owners/operators.

Rob’s work includes overseeing Bidwells’ BioMed Realty instruction and having close connections with both the UK and US, ensuring compliance to their global standards but also that the campus is forward thinking and growing to be a sector-leading science campus in the UK.

His experience of working client side means that he strives to fully understand his clients’ requirements and expectations whilst collaborating with his colleagues to ensure that they deliver as a team and continue to be a trusted advisor. He enjoys seeing his colleagues develop and believes that if teams are well managed, and given clear goals and objectives, they will always deliver an outstanding service to clients and occupiers.

Problem solving is vital for Rob. He enjoys supporting and being supported, finding solutions. The varied nature of the property industry has always interested him, especially with the advancing technology.
