Sam is an award-winning building surveyor, creating leading-edge workspaces for science, research and technology businesses.

From trailblazers in diagnostics to spin-outs from the most prestigious research centres in the world, Sam has created workspaces that really make a difference.

Much more than a traditional building surveyor, Sam gets under the skin of the complexities of science and technology businesses and helps them to create workplaces that will see them succeed and grow.

Beneath Sam’s calming exterior, this former-snowboarder is driven by active, dynamic businesses and forward-thinking research institutions. His work creating cutting-edge spaces for Oxford University spin-outs sees him join these businesses on their professional journey, sometimes working on life-changing research.

A personable problem-solver, Sam loves spending time with people – particularly his scientist clients - and understanding their goals. From developing drone techniques to fighting diseases, Sam is fascinated by his clients’ achievements and creates positive workplaces people enjoy spending time in.

Sam is a market expert in his field, he genuinely understands the needs of our business, our processes and our team. He provides an excellent service and is also an exceptional human being.
