Having primarily focused on Central London projects for the first part of his career, Sam has gained unparalleled insights into working with demanding clients on large-scale commercial and residential developments within central London boroughs.

Sam's expertise extends to a wide variety of asset types. From orchestrating major co-living developments, including a remarkable 795-unit, 36-storey tower in Tower Hamlets - his versatility knows no bounds.

Sam excels at bridging the gap between clients and local authorities. His role often involves compiling planning documents, and managing consultation responses from various stakeholders.

Kingston University and Archway are other landmark London schemes that Sam has been working on during his time with us. He works diligently and collaboratively to positively effect people and places.
