Simon is a commercial surveyor with over 12 years of experience in the utility and infrastructure sector working on behalf of water, gas, electricity and renewables clients.

His skills include the negotiation of land rights, management of complex linear schemes, DCO projects and management of estates held by statutory undertakers.

Currently, he is focussed on representing the best interests of landowners impacted by major infrastructure projects across the UK along with assisting landowner in promoting their land for energy and renewable schemes.

Simon is a qualified APC Chair and Assessor, and takes a keen interest in mentoring candidates through the APC process.
