Susannah is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer with over 12 years’ experience in the utilities and energy sector.

Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including developers, utilities companies and private landowners - she is experienced in working on large scale DCO/CPO projects having been involved in the management and delivery of both onshore and offshore wind projects as well as several large linear infrastructure projects throughout the country.

Susannah’s experience includes working directly for a developer on a large portfolio of renewable energy projects including wind, solar, and battery storage specialising in the negotiation and acquisition of the required land rights with a particular focus on institutional landowners. This also included involvement in the acquisition of land rights for the UK’s first transmission connected solar farm.

Susannah’s key skills include stakeholder engagement and management and relationship building; budget management; managing project risks; timescales, budgets, and client reporting to ensure smooth delivery of projects throughout the development process.

Susannah is currently working closely with several developers to identify sites for renewable energy developments across the UK.  Seeking to agree exclusivity agreements to secure land and follow the process through to development of the project.
