Focusing on creativity and collaboration, Thomas’ hard-working attitude ensures clients receive well-informed and innovative visions and masterplans for their sites.

One of Thomas’ goals is to ensure that the spaces between buildings have a positive impact on communities, landscape and the environment, appropriately balancing attractive design, well-being, and function throughout his designed outcomes.

Having completed both a Bachelor of Arts in Geography (achieving first class honours) and a Masters of Arts in Urban Design and Planning (achieving a distinction) at the University of Sheffield, Thomas is well placed to address contextual challenges and understand the wider position of developments in existing and expanding spaces. This is combined with a growing knowledge of policy and technical processes, which ensures that his responses to projects are diligent.

Thomas enjoys creating high quality and precise masterplans of varying scales, alongside documents including Vision & Delivery Documents, Design and Access Statements and Design Codes, building on recent success in Cambridge, Essex and Norfolk.
