Tom Gambell

Tom has a passion for working on collaborative projects and his degree in construction project management, along with his experience of working on live sites, have given him a broader knowledge of projects and construction in general, along with a much better understanding of the property industry.

He has worked on several education projects such as for the Girls’ Day School Trust, where he worked as part of a team to provide new facilities management space, sixth form centre, and music classrooms.

He has also worked on the University of Westminster’s Copland building, on a project to refurbish and remodel two floors to optimise the existing academic space and provide additional teaching and research space including computer labs, breakout spaces, tea points, offices and meeting rooms – all of which needed to be carried out within a rapid programme incorporating a three-month design and construction phase.

Tom is currently working towards his RICS accreditation, which he is halfway to completing.
