Comprising 12 modern office and technology buildings amounting to 325,000 sq ft, the park is home to over 17 tenants including Autonomy, the BBC and Qualcomm.

We’ve been undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals on the business park for the last 20 years for our client, The Crown Estate - a £14.1bn UK real estate business with a portfolio across the country and offshore wind.

Established by an Act of Parliament, The Crown Estate returns all profit to the Treasury, which has totalled £2.9bn over the last 10 years.

Our recent reviews have included all three buildings occupied by Qualcomm – a business inventing and engineering pioneering communications technology.

The Qualcomm buildings total circa 92,000 sq ft; we secured an overall 22% increase on the rents for our client over a five-year period
