Hertswood Studios

Regarded as the ‘bulls-eye’ location for a film studio and positioned alongside the Sky Studios development currently under construction, the addition of Hertswood Studios would create the UK's first film industry cluster. Plans will see the delivery of 1m sq ft of film studio space including 21 film stages, supporting workshops and offices, and a hotel for film stars and crew.  

With our teams working on behalf of the landowner, who has been supportive of a highly beneficial scheme for the community, Oxford Economics estimates that the 90-acre site will create over 14,000 jobs across the construction and operation of the studio complex and should annually contribute £1.17bn GDP to the local economy. 

Hertswood Studios will provide a new home for the UK film industry, which is in high demand from production companies urgently trying to create fresh content, as well as the major film studios producing the likes of Mission:Impossible in the UK, seeking access to our pool of excellent film crew talent.
