Ipswich Borough Assets

We assisted the client with five projects that included several high-profile acquisitions of retail parks, stores and restaurants in East Anglia. When the client had finalised its shortlist of potential sites, we undertook an acquisition survey of the portfolio, advised on the condition of the buildings and reported any dilapidation issues. The culmination of our work was presented to the client as comprehensive surveys with an advisement on the potential liability on the properties. 

A complicated acquisition process, we closely collaborated with the client's solicitors to manage the process. When the purchase was secured, we then offered advice on the tenant leases and project managed the comprehensive refurbishment of the properties.
